What is the difference between processing time, shipping time, and delivery time?

Processing time is the time our team needs to make sure your order is perfect before leaving our warehouse.

Shipping time is our promise to you in getting your order out the door as soon as we can.

Delivery time starts when your order has left our hands and is now with local couriers.

On average, the total length of time from placing an order on our website to receiving the product at your door is between 2-5 business days for items shipped via UPS, and 15-20 business days for White Glove delivery options for items listed as in-stock at the time of order.
